How To Order & Return

See something on Instagram that isn't in our online store?  Contact us and we'll help you with sizing and availability and if we have it, and you can pick up in store or we'll ship to you!  Browse through all the new arrivals on our Instagram by clicking here then contact us to place an order! We accept Venmo, PayPal or credit card. Email or call 808.377.4491 during store hours or you can always just DM us on Instagram :)


You may choose to pick up your order in-store or ship it. For in store pick up at Ala Moana Center, please wait to receive an email alerting you that your order is ready for pick up.  You can walk in the store during normal business hours to pick up, or for curbside, contact less pick up please call 808.377.4491 for instructions.  

If you choose to ship the item(s) directly to your address, after payment has been made, we will pack and ship your items within 1 business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information or mailing address, your order may be delayed 1 additional business day. We will contact you if there are any issues. You will be notified with a tracking number for your order once items have been shipped. All orders shipping within the United States will ship via USPS.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS International Air Mail. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are imposed once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

A customs form number will be provided as proof of shipment.  This is not a tracking number and cannot be used to track your package.  A separate tracking number will be sent to your email once items have been shipped.  You can track your package on the USPS website by clicking here.

Customs officials require that we list the value of all merchandise contained inside the package.  We cannot mark items as a gift. If your order is under 2 pounds and you wish to ship it using USPS International Priority Air Mail instead of the offered International Air Mail, please contact Homecoming via email at after placing your order.  Additional charges apply.


If you are not completely satisfied with any other items that you purchased, please email us at   Include your order number and the items that you would like to return in the body of the email.  We'll respond promptly with an RA number.  Once you receive the RA number you can either bring the item into the store at Ala Moana Center to drop off or return the items via whichever shipping method you prefer to the following :

Please write the RA # on the outside of your package.  Once your items have been received, please allow 1-2 weeks for the return or exchange to be processed.  Once it is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.  

Please note that items without a RA # will not be accepted via mail or by shop staff.  

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.  Any credit is non-transferable, meaning you cannot use credit from our physical location online and vice versa.

Feel free to email with any additional questions.  Please note that you only have 10 days to in which to return an item to us.  If you are in another country please contact us as soon as possible at or via DM on Instagram @homecominghonolulu.  All returns, unless otherwise negotiated, will not be accepted after 10 days.  Returns without a pre-arranged RA # will not be accepted.  Lost or missing packages are not the responsibility of Homecoming Honolulu, so a tracking method is highly advised when returning items to us.


The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to Homecoming’s shipping error or a defective product. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so we strongly recommend using a traceable method of shipping.
